Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 30 dagen na factuurdatum over te maken met vermelding van het factuurnummer.
Bij gerechtelijke invordering wordt het factuurbedrag verhoogd met 15%, met een minimum van €25, onverminderd de gerechtelijke kosten en intresten.
In geval van betwisting is uitsluitend de ondernemingsrechtbank van Ieper bevoegd.
Eventuele klachten dienen binnen acht dagen na factuurdatum te worden ingediend.
Nous vous prions de bien vouloir effectuer le paiement du montant dû dans les 30 jours à compter de la date de facture, en mentionnant le numéro de facture.
En cas de recouvrement judiciaire, le montant de la facture sera majoré de 15 %, avec un minimum de 25 €, sans préjudice des frais de justice et des intérêts.
En cas de litige, seul le tribunal de l’entreprise d’Ypres est compétent.
Toute réclamation doit être introduite dans les huit jours suivant la date de la facture.
We kindly ask you to transfer the amount due within 30 days from the invoice date, quoting the invoice number.
In the event of legal collection, the invoice amount will be increased by 15%, with a minimum of €25, without prejudice to legal costs and interest.
In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Ypres has jurisdiction.
Any complaints must be submitted within eight days from the invoice date.
